  1. All payments must be settled Prior to product dispatch,
    Payments, whether local or international, can be made via bank transfer, M-Pesa Till number, or other approved methods at the time of purchase, before shipping
  2. Ankole luxury pieces are handmade products in which variations in colors, patterns and sizes can be expected.
  3. Ankole luxury does not accept any return because of these irregularities.
    However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can contact us within 7 days after delivery. If accepted, you may return the goods, unused and undamaged with the same label and box to the returning address we would provide you.
  4. The return charges must be paid by the customer. There is no return possibility on on-sale products.
